Credit Card Details
• We do not store your credit card and/or payment information on our server or anywhere once we process your order.
Exchanges and refunds
• Refunds/returns and exchanges are only available for genuine reasons.
• Refunds/returns must be sent by courier delivery or registered post. We cannot be held responsible if items are lost or damaged during the return transit.
• For both refunds/returns and exchanges, items must arrive back within 14 days of purchase date. All accessories must be returned in their original condition. Items not considered to be in original condition and will be delivered back to the customer at their own expense.
• Once an exchange has been made, refunds are no longer accepted.
• We do not normally give you refunds if you (1) simply change your mind, or (2) make a wrong decision
• You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
1. Are faulty
2. Have been wrongly described
3. Are different from a sample shown to you, or
4. Do not do what they are supposed to
• Any special promotions or gifts that are included must also be returned. If they’re not, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Clearance and discounted items can be exchanged but not refunded.
• Cash rewards do not apply if refunds occur. Therefore, cash rewards are only transferred to the referrer’s bank account after the 14-day refund period is over.
Shipping
• Most purchases include free, flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia.
• We will contact any international buyers regarding any additional shipping expenses. |
